The second day morning starts with an introduction to Unix and the command line, following the self-learning course available at: www.sib.swiss/training/course/2012_UNIXF
In the afternoon, the course introduces Python and Jupyter Notebook for basic data analysis.
This includes: - an introduction to Python for data analysis - installing and using: - VS Code - Anaconda - Jupyter Notebook - starting a notebook - loading a small Progenetix dataset - basic data inspection with Python and pandas
