UZH BIO392 FS25 - Day 13

On the last day of the course there will be a 1:30h written exam which will consist of multiple choice questions and 2-3 open essay questions.

genomic assemblies and challenges from those
T2T & "pangenomes"
what is "liftover"
molecular- and molecular-cytogenetic analysis techniques
challenges in genome analysis (genome structure / repeats) and their influence on technology selection
API / use
types of databases (primary/deposition, knowledge resources...)
challenges of genomn data sharing (privacy, identification risks ...)
G2P and long range familial attacks
survival analysis basics (KM...) and challenges especially when applying to molecular data (data biases, dimensionality...)
software environments for data analysis & visualization (basically things you used)
populations and how they can be determined
